| Tipping Your Movers This part is often overlooked by customers. The move is finished and
a large sum of money has just been paid. Usually the two
things going through a customers mind at this point are the money they
				    just spent
and the unpacking that lies ahead. Another thing they should be considering is whether the “back-breaking” work the moving crew has performed is deserving of a tip. All that money they paid is going to the moving company, not the workers. Some workers may make as little as $9.50 per hour. Not very rewarding, considering the stress they place on their body everyday. Tipping, in most service industries, is based on whether the job was
done well. Workers often try hard to be personable and cater
to the customers requests as much as possible. A worker that goes above
				    and beyond what
is expected or that demonstrates a superior work ethic is
usually rewarded with a tip. |
